Manakish are mini Lebanese flatbreads made from a soft, leavened dough of flour, olive oil, yeast, salt, sugar, and water. Each 3-inch round is topped and baked fresh until golden. Choose from three classic varieties: za’atar (thyme, sumac, sesame, and olive oil), a melted blend of mozzarella and feta cheese with mint (often semi-folded and often brushed with egg yolk for added color and shine), or our pizza-style version with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Crisp on the outside and warm inside, manakish deliver bold, comforting flavor in every bite. Sold by the piece or by the dozen—ideal for breakfast, gatherings, or light meals.
